These two have a beautiful story. Almost one year ago I made a road trip along the Garden Route in South Africa with my buddy Philip (you can see on the pictures here) and Christian. We met Josi while we were taking pictures of the surfers on the beach. Josi comes from Cape Town. Josi and Philip kept in touch and met under very special circumstances in New York and on Bali. Long story short, the two got married on the beach in South Africa at the end of February 2020. It was wonderful and I am very happy for them. I wonder if we would have got into conversation if we hadn’t photographed the surfers on the beach.
