Before every photo shoot I ask my lovers to fill in a short questionnaire to find out what they love & what they do. It turned out these two lovebirds are absolute adventurers living on a boat and they actually met at the surf. I wanted to capture their love story as authentically as I could including their gorgeous bump which they called lovingly their “little mermaid”. Honestly, there was no other option than shooting on the beach with these two since they are so connected to the ocean. We had the most gorgeous blue hour and they had so much fun playing around with their surfboard which complemented their personal love story perfectly. They were in their own love bubble enjoying every second they spend together, braving the cold waves of the Australian winter, sharing slow moments, dreaming about what the future will hold for them and their little mermaid. I can only imagine what life has in store for their little girl growing up with these two incredibly warm and loving souls, sandy toes and salty kisses.
