I always try to include creativity into my photography. I previously coached all-star cheerleading and gymnastics for over 25 years. I love to combine my passion for movement and soaring with my photography. Of course, I always do it in a safe way, where my clients are fully instructed, spotted and comfortable with what we incorporate. This was my first time going to the Bonneville Salt Flats. The incredible environment and two madly in love people really got my creative juices flowing. I really wanted to do a shot where the couple intersected. I asked if either of them could do a cartwheel. Once I found out they could, idea after idea came to me. We were able to capture these shots in just a few short minutes and it felt like magic. I feel truly blessed that this is what I do for a living. I have several creative ideas and concepts that I can’t wait to put into action.
