"Photography connects me to people and their stories. It gives me an opportunity to know and see people in a way not everyone gets to, and that's really special to me."

Kasie and Miller got engaged the day before this photoshoot on a volcano in Hawaii. We met up on a beach and played around in the sand + water and as you can probably tell, they were all about it. I loved making a majority of these photos in black and white because I feel like it really encompasses the mood and gives off that romantic, vintage Hawaii feeling that I love.
