"Words sometimes don’t quite do it for me to convey an emotion (especially as English isn’t my first language). Photos though, always do. I am a romantic at heart and a good observant: perfect ingredients to be a couple’s third wheel I guess! I’m a beauty seeker (beauty of the little things: a telling look between two people, two hands that delicately touch each other) and a people pleaser, and photography fullfills both."
Kerry and Christopher contacted me to take their engagement photos and after brainstorming a few ideas, we decided to go on a little adventure on the Brooklyn Bridge at sunrise, followed by an epic ride in an old yellow cab across NYC – but that will be a whole other blog post haha. We got along instantly and had one of the best mornings of 2020, capturing their love as candidly as possible and exchanging stories about how they met at a friend’s party (Kerry asking for his number without having actually talked to him) and how Christopher proposed in Germany at October Fest, flying all of Kerry’s family for an ultimate surprise. Quite the gentleman! –
