Christina and David’s dream was to elope to Venice, but Corona changed their plans. They got married in their hometown and then spent their honeymoon in Venice, which is where we met. We planned our shoot, and in the back of my mind I always had the idea that even if they couldn’t elope, we needed to celebrate that they were finally in Venice. When the time was right and they were at their best, they toasted with the bottle in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. we enjoyed the sunset together and danced in San Marcos square. What impressed me the most is that Christina’s original last name is Venezia. We all felt that this was something that had to happen and that our meeting was not accidental.
