"I love photography because it allows me to meet new people from all over the world and understand all kinds of relationships. I love celebrating all kinds of love, and Arina and Anastasia are two girls who love each other so so much, I think that is such a beautiful thing that we should celebrate as photographers! I love that I get to see people at their happiest, and I get to capture them in these moments as they explore such a beautiful city. I love the connections we make through photography, and how we now have friends all over the world who we can visit as we travel!"
Arina and Anastasia are a Russian couple living in Copenhagen, and they were visiting Scotland for the first time this month. They reached out to me to see if they could book a couples session to remember their trip here and I was so excited to work with them! They are both so beautiful and together they just seem to ‘fit’. They make such a wonderful couple! We had so much fun exploring Holyrood Park in Edinburgh with them. It was so cold and so windy, but they embraced the Scottish elements and snuggled in close to keep each other warm throughout the shoot. We absolutely loved photographing these two and their love shines through in the images so much!
